Best Bets for Dining Out

Harvest Seasonal Kitchen

Harvest Seasonal Kitchen opened its doors on September 18th, 2014. Harvest was conceived to connect diners with our vibrant North Texas food community. The objective was not just to serve great food, but to make a long-term impact on the community by supporting the businesses of local farmers, ranchers, and artisans. When we spend a dollar locally, seventy cents stay in our community, and it’s on that principle that the restaurant operates.

At UP we believe in food that fuels; both in mind and body. Our menu is meant to accommodate everyone and have a positive nutritional impact on our bodies. You will notice our menu is laid out with classic options, healthier alternatives, and meals that cater to special dietary needs (Gluten-Free, Vegan, Dairy-Free, etc.).

A new focus, a new path forward

“I was absolutely fascinated,” Engels says, “by this new style of medicine that saw the patient as a whole biological system rather focusing on only one organ system at a time, such as Cardiology. This was a complete paradigm shift from conventional medicine and how I was trained.”
