Join us for a private sound bath experience just for WeCare patients! Taught by studio owner, Ayako DeRuby, this class is a fantastic introduction to stillness and meditation. Featuring sound healing instruments and other high vibrational tools that affect brain waves and put participants into an alpha-theta relaxed state. 

Perfect for beginners, but all are welcome to attend. Class space is limited so a registration fee of $20 will hold your spot and help us pay for this private session. This event will not be recorded or transmitted via Zoom.
